This is too much. Over 1000 worshippers perished in this year’s hajj operation. Something is fundamentally wrong. All the nations of the earth must speak out at once. This must not be allowed to continue. Our brothers and sisters shouldn’t be allowed to die like Rams.
An operation that occurs every year, shouldn’t the authority have envisaged such and put measures in place to avert tragedy. It becomes more worrisome because just some days ago over 200 souls were lost when a crane crash.
Saudi authority must be alive to their responsibilities. They must constitute a power inquest into the immediate cause of this tragedy with a view to averting future occurrence.
I commiserate with the families of the departed. May God grant them fortitude to bear the loss.
